ZSL Erlangen works closely with other organizations and partners to sustainably strengthen self-determination, inclusion and equal participation of people with disabilities. This includes cooperation, joint projects and collaboration in networks, associations and alliances that pursue similar goals.

Cooperation with institutions is also an important part of our work: We not only advise those affected and their relatives, but also support institutions and stakeholders in breaking down barriers and creating inclusive structures. At the same time, we contribute our perspectives to public discussions and have an impact on politics and society.

In the area of working life, we rely on strong partnerships to promote inclusive employment. In particular, this includes our participation in ACCESS - Inklusion im Arbeitsleben gGmbH, based in Erlangen.
