• Support for existing customer teams
• Shift planning and organization of substitutes in the event of service absences
• Team and MA meetings
• Ensuring, monitoring and continuously improving client-related care quality, care documentation and care organization
• Participation in the planning, organization and, if necessary, implementation of internal training and further education measures
• Correspondence and applications with the respective cost bearers
• Ensuring holistic care and support for clients in the sense of holistic assistance, taking into account the self-determination of our clients
